If you host something special, it deserves to be documented.
Johnson Brothers brings in hundreds of people each spring for their kickoff event. There are vendors, planting stations, and hundreds of families moving through the greenhouse. It’s full, busy, and easy to miss if you’re the one running it. Until this year, none of it had really been captured.
Most businesses already have something worth showing.
They just don’t have it captured yet.
I approached it the same way I do all event work—quietly documenting what’s already happening. The interactions, the atmosphere, the people behind it all. Not staged, not forced. Just honest moments that reflect what the day actually feels like.
Now they have a library of images they can use year-round. For marketing, for future events, for telling the story of what they’ve built.
